Match Notes - (3/12/00):

Working with, and playing against KOR was one of the more enjoyable experiences we've had on ladder play. This is not to say there weren't any difficulties throughout the match. They did not have a server to use of their own, so FragShack was the place of battle. While we held a good ping advantage, (it is our server afterall) there was no complaining or excuses.

After a reasonable wait for KOR's 4th player, we decided to start and play Q2DM1 with 3 vs 3. Vacious, T, and Defiant were the chosen ones to start our InstaGib Ladder Climb. Those 3 got off to a great start, and never looked back. Their totals were amazingly similar statistically, and racked up an impressive win with a 204 to 97 win.

KOR's 4th player joined the server in the middle of the match, and the 2nd map (Boss2) would be a 4 vs 4. Our chosen four would be T, Biggus, Vacious & Dr. Demento. T had an impressive 85frag showing and all the rest were within 4frags of each other in the mid 60's. The Good Dr's ping was bouncing into the 400-800range a few times, but as always, he hung tough, and more than held his own on a very unstable connection. The 2nd Map Total T2K 277 vs KOR 127, a nice impressive start on our InstaGib Venture.

Two Map totals 481 to 224, I think we all worked best on Boss2, and looks like a good map to choose when the time comes to make our map selections. I want to thank and congratulate all! A great start for us!.
