Match Notes - (6/17/99):

What can I say.. the gang and I were real disappointed. The night started out bad as one of our key players had a personal emergency and could not show up for the match. My ADSL is still down.. just an off night. Normally these things would not have kept us from victory but E6 required our full attention... they didn't get it.

First map was played at the 5am private server. Our newly joined Dead_Eye filled in for Methane. E6 gave him his new member hazing so I guess we won't need the goat now hehe. E6 took early control of the map and never looked back. Uncle Rookie and Danger all had short spurts of inspiration but were soon hushed by E6's rails and rockets. The 5am Private server was riddled with PL and strange pauses attributed to the new Quake 3 server. We will be using HaK for our next home map.

We went to Kanabus for the second map. Takedown filled in for Methane this time. With a decided server advantage E6 again dominated our roster.

Hats off to E6 for a match well played. There is no question these guys are all top notch players. We will meet again.. and will be ready for you the next time. I've heard through the grapevine that the feeling from E6 is they can and will destroy us on any turf.. anytime. If that's the attitude..then it seems we have a rival!
