Match Notes - (3/12/00):

We had our second InstaGib match on the OGL, the competition was QCAD. This started out on our FragShack Server, but since QCAD was ping'n in the 300's, we switched over to their server for this match. I would have to agree that most of the players were in the 80-120 range. That's about as even a battlefield that one can expect for a match on the OGL.

Q2DM1 - The Edge: The first map, I got back in late due to an overflow and I was in after the first minute. During the match, Dr. Demento seemed to have some of the same problem, and overflowed as well. The QCAD Server was not quite what it was meant to be, and we ended a bit early due to the server setting of a 50frag limit. The best count I could get for this (with overflow, and my late arrival for the demo) is T2K 150 and QCAD 96. Those scores should reflect all but the first minute of the match. Congratulations T! Top score for the map with the 50Frag Limit. Defiant, Biggus and Dr. Demento were all in the 30's (considering Dr's overflow).

Q2DM8 - Warehouse: The second map was a new one for us in InstaGib, and it seemed to take a while to get the flow of everything. Once we got it all together as a team, we started taking control of this map as well. Once again, T takes top honors with 67frags, followed closely by Vacious(62), and Biggus(52), and I managed to add to the total with 40. All in all I think it was a good experience and we look forward to the next match on the OGL Open InstaGib Ladder.
